Shemika Chin- Frankson

Shemika Chin- Frankson’s involvement in Real Estate started when she served as a Client Services and Sales Administrator for the Victoria Mutual Property Services. From this two year stint she found that her determination, efficiency and positive attitude blended well with the business and ultimately became a certified Realtor.

Delivering excellent customer service, is Shemika’s hallmark as her clients share the sentiment that “on meeting Shemika there is a sense of warmth that makes you feel as if you have known her for years.” She credits this infectious personality and excellent listening skills as her main tools in getting to know her clients and meeting their housing needs.

Always anxious to learn and improve her craft, Shemika  focuses on all things Real Estate including listening Millionaire Real Estate Investor and seeks counsel from seasoned Realtors. She also possesses a Bachelors of Science degree in Tourism Management and Human Resource Management  from the University of the West Indies.

When not busy scoring bargains for her clients, Shemika cherishes time with her family, travelling and singing.
