Sonia Cunningham is a licensed real estate dealer, working with VMPS for two decades. Her good-natured, “people person” personality and marketing background has enabled her to be very successful in the real estate business.

 She has been the number one sales person for three years, and benefits from the repeat business and enthusiastic referrals from a fully-satisfied clientele.  She focuses on the needs of her clients, and creates ways to satisfy them, which more often than not, reaps success.  She likes the flexibility that real estate offers and confesses that she finds great joy in seeing the look on people’s faces during property tours and also on completion of the sale.

Over the period she has built solid relationships with people in the sector that have often proven beneficial to her in closing deals and she absolutely enjoys the team approach when selling homes.

In order to continue excelling in her field, Sonia simply believes that she should invest her time. Thus she is always busy meeting people. Most importantly Sonia enjoys the Real Estate business so much – she does not call it a job, but a passion.
